Tesouro Timepiece watches bought from an authorised retailer are covered by a 12-month sales warranty as per below conditions. A warranty card Will be filled out at point of sale and this detail will be needed to Activate your warranty at www.Tesourotimepiece.com/warranty within 30 days of purchase. When activating Warranty, you will need to attach photo evidence of your warranty card clearly showing serial number, and purchase date.
Precautions and Preventive Measures
Temperature Do not expose your watch to sudden temperature changes (exposure to sunlight followed by immersion in cold water) or extreme temperatures [over 60°C (140°F) or below 0°C (32°F)].
Magnetic fields Do not expose your watch to intense magnetic fields such as loudspeakers, portable telephones, computers or refrigerators and other electromagnetic appliances.
Shocks Avoid thermal or other shocks as it may harm your watch. In the event of a violent shock please have your watch checked by an authorized Tesouro Centre.
Harmful products Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetic products etc., since they may damage the bracelet, the case, or the gaskets. Care and checks Clean the case and bracelet regularly using a soft cloth to prevent any corrosion caused by perspiration.
All water-resistant watches can be cleaned with a toothbrush and soapy water, and then dried with a soft cloth. After being worn in the sea, the watch must be rinsed with warm fresh water and then dried completely.
3atm water resistance – The watch is resistant to everyday use and light rain.
5atm water resistance – Bath, shower
10atm water resistance – Swimming and snorkelling
20atm water resistance – Deep sea diving
The warranty does not cover.
- Glass or strap
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
- Water damage unless marked water-resistant (3 ATM or above)
- Indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects, inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the watch
This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase is not included.
In case of replacement, Tesouro Timepiece. cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch, and Serial number. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided.
How to make a claim under this warranty
To make a claim under this Warranty, we recommend that you contact Customerservice@tesourotimepiece.com with your query and photos showing the issue. One of our team will be in touch within 48hrs to discuss your claim.
We may ask you to send the watch in box with Warranty card back to us at the customers cost to carry out further investigations, where a decision will be made to repair, provide new or if found to be customer damage repaired under charge to customer.
